Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Recanto Brazilian Massage Studio (“Recanto,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website, booking services, or receiving services from us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

Appointments and Bookings

Appointments may be scheduled online, by phone, or by text message. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

A valid payment method may be required to reserve an appointment.

Cancellation, Rescheduling, and No-Show Policy

We respectfully ask for advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Cancellations or rescheduling made at least 12 hours before the appointment time may be made without charge.
Appointments canceled within 12 hours may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service.
Missed appointments, no-shows, or cancellations within 3 hours may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service price.

We reserve the right to make reasonable exceptions at our discretion.

Arrival Time

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrival may reduce your session time in order to respect other scheduled clients. Full service charges may still apply.

Health and Wellness

Clients are responsible for providing accurate health information and notifying us of any injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, or changes in health status before services begin.

Massage therapy is intended for wellness and relaxation purposes and is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment.

If you have a medical concern, please consult a licensed healthcare provider.

Professional Boundaries

Recanto Brazilian Massage Studio maintains a professional and respectful environment at all times. Any inappropriate behavior, harassment, intoxication, or misconduct may result in immediate termination of the session and refusal of future service without refund.

Payments and Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice. Promotions, gift cards, packages, or special offers may have separate terms and expiration dates where permitted by law.

Payment is due at the time of service unless prepaid.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash except where required by law. Lost or stolen gift cards may not be replaceable.

SMS/Text Messaging

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive appointment-related text messages, including confirmations, reminders, scheduling assistance, and customer service messages.

If you separately opt in, you may also receive promotional messages.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.

Website Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and not to misuse, disrupt, copy, or interfere with website operations.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Recanto Brazilian Massage Studio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website, booking systems, or services.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted with a revised effective date.
